We help you fit your organisation and its processes, products and services to your industry and customers by developing with you an integrated approach you can apply across your business. We always work with defined and measurable goals set jointly between us before we commence work, so you know exactly what you are getting. We work directly with your decision makers - CEOs, COOs, CFOs, senior management. This is the level of leadership that is needed to embrace and support change if it is to succeed. Only when your senior management is fully committed and leading by example will effective change take place: After all, how can you expect your staff to embrace a change you do not adopt yourself?

Full knowledge transfer:

We will never provide you with a “black box” solution; never leave you in the dark about just what has been done, or why. BUILDING KNOWLEDGE™ always works with you and your staff to deliver full skills transference, ensuring you can “walk the talk” after we have gone. An integral part of the BUILDING KNOWLEDGE™ service on major projects is the provision of on-site refresher sessions after the contract is completed. These sessions assist you embed your newly established processes and changes over the long-term, so you don't slip back into the "old ways". Depending on project scope and needs, the sessions may be as short as twohours or be upto two one-day sessions (usually held at three and six months). These refresher sessions are completely free of charge.

Minimal Disruption:

We know you cannot afford for us to disrupt your business, so our projects are defined and focused and when our job is done, we leave - quietly. We are efficient and productive, so you are not forced into a protracted consulting engagement. We transfer and embed the processes, learnings and skill sets so you can reduce your reliance on us in the most timely and efficient fashion.
