BUILDING KNOWLEDGE™ always works with you and your staff to deliver full skills transference, ensuring you can “walk the talk” after we have gone. An integral part of the BUILDING KNOWLEDGE™ service on major projects is the provision of on-site refresher sessions after the contract is completed. These sessions assist you embed your newly established processes and changes over the long-term, so you don't slip back into the "old ways". Depending on project scope and needs, the sessions may be as short as twohours or be upto two one-day sessions (usually held at three and six months). These refresher sessions are completely free of charge.
We know you cannot afford for us to disrupt your business, so our projects are defined and focused and when our job is done, we leave - quietly. We are efficient and productive, so you are not forced into a protracted consulting engagement. We transfer and embed the processes, learnings and skill sets so you can reduce your reliance on us in the most timely and efficient fashion.
